Staff Members Staff Restaurant "Casinetto" (m/f) 60%

Your tasks:

• Providing and serving food to internal and external guests in the staff restaurant Casinetto
• Compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP), cleanliness and order in the staff restaurant Casinetto
• Preparing mise-en-place
• Refilling the Selecta machines
• Displaying and presenting the daily offer according to specifications
• Preparation of small intermediate refreshments (sandwiches)
• Assignments at the various work locations, primarily Casinetto and in the Housekeeping area
• Cleaning work according to delegation from the supervisor
• Maintenance of infrastructure
• Carrying out internal orders and monthly inventory
• Operating the cash register system
• Compliance with all company- and department-specific instructions
• Optimal service and care of guests according to instructions from supervisors and the mission statement
• Assistance in the kitchen (preparation work) if required
• Working with split shifts (9.30 Uhr to 13.30 Uhr / break / 16.30 Uhr to 21.30 Uhr) or alternatively 9.00 Uhr to 16.00 Uhr. Half working days are also possible
