Your new job * Management of complex projects from the idea to the rollout and ensuring a successful market entry as well as smooth operation over the entire product life cycle * Responsibility, together with specialists and sales, for business requirements, processes and sign-offs and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements * Promotion of the continuous further development of our payment products and examination of new technologies and business models * Management of stakeholder management, close cooperation with internal and external partners as well as regular reporting on status, milestones and challenges * Observation of market trends, customer needs and competition, early recognition of opportunities and risks as well as solution design with perceptible added value for our customers What you bring to this What we benefit from * several years of experience in product management, ideally in payment transactions or banking, with sound know-how in product development, life-cycle and project management (classic and agile). * very good understanding of business contexts, as well as market, customer and regulatory requirements in payment transactions * sound specialist knowledge of modern payment solutions and services such as EBICS, Instant Payments, bLink, TWINT, E- & Mobile-Banking as well as other payment apps. * strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving oriented skills as well as experience in moderation, presentation, workshops and quality management. * strong communication skills, confident appearance and enjoyment of working in cross-functional teams with diverse stakeholders. * high initiative, sense of responsibility and reliability, combined with flexibility, willingness to change, structured way of working and very good German skills (English is an advantage).
