The Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/mann Überwachungspflege NDK 80-100% is a specialized professional responsible for the continuous monitoring and intensive care of patients with complex medical conditions. Emergency and monitoring care (NDK) requires sound specialist knowledge, a high capacity for reaction, and the ability to make the right decisions in acute situations. Our personnel office for nursing in Arosa recruits highly qualified nursing professionals for open nursing positions in Arosa, particularly in monitoring stations, Intermediate Care Units (IMC), as well as in specialized acute clinics.

Your tasks:

• Monitoring and care of critically ill patients in the monitoring station or IMC
• Continuous control and assessment of vital signs for timely detection of deterioration
• Implementation of medical interventions such as infusion therapy, ventilation management, pain therapy, and circulatory stabilization
• Close cooperation with the medical team in the planning and adjustment of intensive care treatment
• Preparation, assistance, and aftercare of invasive and non-invasive examinations and procedures
• Advising and training relatives on handling intensive care measures
• Documentation of the treatments and nursing measures carried out for quality assurance

Your profile:

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/mann Überwachungspflege NDK
• Several years of professional experience in intensive or emergency care is an advantage
• Ability to react quickly and safely under pressure
• High degree of responsibility, resilience, and teamwork skills
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
