Head of Department LIVING (80-100%) Specialist and departmental management of living offers, member of the Executive Board The organization Our client, Jobdach ( ), is a non-profit association. It is active in the Canton of Luzern in survival aid and harm reduction. In the area of LIVING, Jobdach operates the emergency sleeping facility as well as supervised and assisted living offers for addicts and/or mentally ill people and in the area of WORKING workshops to maintain daily structure. The association works on behalf of the municipalities and the Canton of Luzern and is oriented towards the mission statement of the cantonal addiction policy. Actively shape the future of Jobdach. For the area of LIVING, the association Jobdach is looking for a successor for the departmental management. In this versatile key position, you bear the responsibility for the operational, personnel, and economic management of the living offers at all locations. Together with the operations managers, you balance the demanding daily life of accepting addiction work with modern, business-oriented operational management. As a member of the Executive Board, you help shape the strategic further development. Your tasks As Head of Department LIVING, you will undertake the following main tasks: Specialist and business management of your department Personnel deployment planning and resource control Personnel development and team development Participation in the overall operational management as a member of the Executive Board Further development of offers and socio-pedagogical concepts Crisis and interface management Your profile You possess the following specialist and personal competencies: Sound foundation: Completed studies in social pedagogy/social work (FH/HF) or a comparable qualification in the field of psychiatric nursing Leadership competence: Several years of leadership experience in inpatient social or health care as well as completed management training Specialist knowledge and mindset: Sound experience in the addiction field and with dual diagnoses; a firm, absolutely stigma-free and accepting attitude is a matter of course for you Entrepreneurial thinking: Pronounced business management competence, negotiation skills and a confident handling of numbers and processes Personality: High psychological resilience, sovereignty in crises as well as transparent and appreciative communication Your perspective The function offers a demanding, versatile management role with great scope for design and strategic participation.
