Our client is an internationally active medical technology company with its headquarters in Northern Europe. For over 85 years, the company has been developing and distributing solutions for emergency diagnostics -- including blood gas analysis, immunoassays, and IT management systems. In Switzerland, our client is active with several locations, focusing on sales, service, and the development of medical sensors. As part of a global corporate group in the diagnostics sector, the company benefits from extensive expertise and technological resources. To provide temporary support for procurement, we are looking for a team-oriented, experienced, and uncomplicated personality as of immediately until the end of March 2027 (fixed-term). Main tasks and responsibilities: • Responsibility for procuring materials and components as well as managing suppliers and monitoring delivery dates • Organization and execution of national and international goods shipments • Receipt, inspection, and booking of goods arrivals in the ERP system • Maintenance of inventory levels as well as support in warehouse organization and inventory • Collaboration in logistical processes such as material transport and loading/unloading of goods • Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards • Close cooperation with internal departments to ensure a smooth material flow • Support with other operational and logistical tasks as well as assistance in adjacent areas as needed Your profile: • Commercial training and several years of professional experience in operational procurement and material management • Experience in a regulated environment, preferably in the medical technology, pharmaceutical, or life science industry • Knowledge of GMP is an advantage • German at native language level in word and writing as well as good oral English skills • Pronounced team skills and an open and professional communication style • Willingness to take on tasks and also perform simple support tasks in goods logistics Interested?
