FaGe EFZ Dementia Care Luzern

In dealing with people with dementia, every moment, every reaction, and every feeling counts. As a Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ or Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ, you will support residents in their daily lives in Luzern, providing security and creating an environment where trust and humanity are palpable. In a workload of 60 to 100 %, you will take on an important role in care and nursing.

What to expect in this responsible task

• Holistic care and support of guests with dementia within the framework of the nursing process
• Taking over primary caregiver nursing and participation in RAI assessment
• Planning and accompanying medical visits as well as daily responsibility in the residential area
• Nursing documentation with modern software

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ or Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ or equivalent training
• Initial professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Knowledge of RAI or the willingness to familiarize yourself with this specialist area, cost assumption will be provided
• Joy in working with people with dementia and in teamwork
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
