Department Manager Heating (m/f)

Tasks:

• Functional and personnel leadership of the heating department
• Leadership and further development of a team of 12 employees
• Overall responsibility for budget, results and the economic development of the department
• Planning, organization and monitoring of ongoing projects and orders
• Ensuring of deadlines, quality and profitability
• Acquisition of new orders as well as maintenance of existing customer relationships
• Preparation of offers and technical solutions
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments and project teams
• Active participation in the management team of the branch

Profile:

• Further education as Dipl. Techniker HF HLK, Ingenieur FH Gebäudetechnik or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in project management within building technology
• Experience in the leadership of employees or teams
• Entrepreneurial thinking and high customer orientation
• Negotiation skills as well as confident appearance towards customers and business partners
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Resilient, responsible and communicative personality
