To strengthen our team, we are looking for, by arrangement:
Your tasks include:

• the organization of daily operations in the housekeeping area as well as the assignment and leadership of the employees
• ensuring cleanliness and value preservation throughout the entire operation
• the creation of work schedules with Mirus and the control of working hours in the time recording system
• the assurance and implementation of the LQA standards
• the representation and support of the Executive Housekeeper in all matters

You have successfully completed training as a Hotel Specialist EFZ or Housekeeping Specialist and bring at least two years of leadership experience from a similar function. You speak German, are service-oriented and also work calmly and efficiently under time and work pressure. You are accustomed to an independent way of working and can organize and motivate yourself and your employees well. You are reliable and enjoy working in a team. If you have also completed the vocational trainer course, this is an advantage. We expect a well-groomed, friendly and courteous appearance. Foreign languages are an additional plus in dealing with our employees and guests.
