Join us in the field of transport infrastructure – road design. We conceive, develop, design, and manage the construction supervision of infrastructure projects of all kinds, from the first idea to its realization.

Join us and work as:

SECTOR MANAGER / PROJECT MANAGER 80-100% (f/m/d)–BELLINZONA

TASKS:

• take on the technical management of large and small infrastructure projects for various public and private Clients
• manage relationships with the Client and the project team
• ensure the necessary quality of the work performed
• support the sector manager and the regional management in personnel management and activity planning
• support and transfer your knowledge to colleagues with less experience

PROFILE:

• academic training in the respective field of activity (civil engineering)
• previous work experience minimum approx. 8-10 years in the respective field of activity (road works)
• flexibility and initiative
• competence and ability to communicate openly
• management skills
• productive collaboration with clients and colleagues
• precision and punctuality in the fulfillment of one's duties
• excellent oral and written knowledge of the Italian language, knowledge of German represents a clear advantage
