Your task You are responsible for planning and executing production orders and advising customers on technical matters. In addition, you ensure the safe operation and maintenance of machines and systems and contribute to the continuous optimization of work processes in equipment and production. You take over the technical and personnel management of employees with a disability pension as well as clients of vocational integration in the workplace. This includes coordinating investigations in the field of vocational integration and their documentation. You ensure the technical instruction and training of employees and guarantee their continuous qualification in everyday work. You also contribute to the further development of the Equipment department and to higher-level projects of BSB Medien and promote cross-departmental cooperation within the department and the entire BSB.
