What awaits you

• Dispatching in the dispatching system (Pracar) of the own fleet as well as third-party transports
• Control of loading lists as well as carrying out necessary clarifications with AVOR and sales
• Organization and coordination of swap bodies, rail, and special transports
• Processing of customer, driver, and internal inquiries as well as support for drivers in case of changes in daily business
• Creation and assignment of delivery notes as well as recording Q-reports in case of faulty deliveries
• Participation in the optimization of processes and workflows
• Control of the ARV

Our customer wishes

• Completed training in the field of transport, logistics, or forwarding, alternatively a commercial training with corresponding experience
• Some years of professional experience in transport dispatching
• Very good geographical knowledge of Switzerland
• Confident handling of tour planning and dispatching software, ideally good MS-Office and ERP knowledge
• High sense of responsibility and strong organizational talent
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Resilience and flexibility even in demanding situations
• Teamwork skills as well as very good German and French skills
