• Independent care and support of patients in acute, long-term, or Spitex care
• Monitoring the health status and performing medical measures such as infusion therapy, medication administration, wound care, and emergency management as a Pflegefachfrau/mann HF DN1
• Promoting mobility and supporting patients in restoring their independence
• Advising and training relatives to better support patients in everyday life
• Close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams of doctors, therapists, and other nursing staff to ensure the best possible care
• Documentation of the implemented nursing measures and continuous optimization of the care planning by the Pflegefachfrau/mann HF DN1

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/mann HF DN1
• Experience in acute care, long-term care, or Spitex is an advantage, especially for a Pflegefachfrau/mann HF DN1
• Sense of responsibility, high social competence, and empathy for patients
• Independent, structured way of working with a strong team spirit
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
