Your area of action • Lead and motivate your team to success, you establish the schedule in a sales-oriented and efficient manner • Encourage and develop team members to achieve the best performance and celebrate successes together • Welcome customers in the store and offer them, as a host, an unforgettable shopping experience • Assume responsibility for the cash register and achieving goals • Present merchandise and design the store including the window display What's important to us • Completed training in retail, with experience in management and sales, preferably in the textile sector • You demonstrate a winning and competent attitude and show empathy and respect on a daily basis • You work in a structured manner and demonstrate flexibility • Service awareness and an affinity for fashion as well as colors are a plus • A courteous and well-groomed appearance completes your image Are you looking for more than just a job?
