Tasks As a Design Architect, your tasks with us include:   • Project development | Creating project designs of various sizes for new constructions, extensions and conversions, as well as modernizations. • Project design | Further development of studies, elaboration of preliminary projects including creating material and color concepts • Project presentation | Visualization and layout of the created project proposals in 2D and 3D • Project initialization | Preliminary clarifications with authorities and external specialist planners, creation of final building permit plans Qualification For this position, you bring the following profile: • Education | completed Bachelor's degree in architecture (FH, ETH or equivalent) • Professional competence | creative, innovative competence in the design area and constructive understanding • Experience | knowledge of Swiss building culture and experience in dealing with specialist planners and authorities. • IT knowledge | sound knowledge of common CAD and computer programs, such as SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Soft skills | assertiveness, flexibility and sense of responsibility • Working style | independent, reliable and precise way of working • Language | good German skills in speaking and writing Benefits A versatile, interesting and varied activity in a dynamic environment awaits you.
