Receptionist (a) Workplace Zug Workload 60% Start of work from 17.08.2026 or by agreement What to expect • You ensure a professional and cordial reception of customers, guests, and visitors -- from greeting to farewell • You ensure a smooth reception operation and are the first point of contact for all inquiries (on site, by phone, and via e-mail/ticket tools) • You take on versatile administrative tasks, including mail processing, data maintenance, and invoice processing. You coordinate facility services (e.g., ticketing, SLA checks, supplier and maintenance management) and act as an interface between internal and external contacts • You organize and support events, meetings, and catering (including room preparation and bookings) • You are responsible for topics related to security and infrastructure (badges, access management, alarm system, evacuation & first aid material) What you bring • Completed commercial training or training in the service/hotel industry • Several years of professional experience at the reception, in office management, or in a comparable function • Very good German and English language skills in word and writing, additional languages an advantage • Strong service orientation and a professional and winning appearance • Organizational talent, high independence, and the ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations • Secure handling of MS Office as well as joy in coordination, communication, and versatile tasks Ready for us?
