Job Description

Under the responsibility of the Domain Manager Retail Solutions, your main mission will be to ensure the technical leadership of the CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) IT ecosystem by defining and evolving robust, secure, and scalable digital solutions, fully integrated into the Audemars Piguet application landscape. This new role actively participates in Audemars Piguet's ambition in the second-hand market by supporting an innovative roadmap centered on the customer experience.

As the technical referent for the domain, you guide the development teams in architecture choices and structuring technical decisions. You guarantee the application of quality, cybersecurity, and development standards, while ensuring the excellence of deliveries.

At the interface between business teams, Business analysts, architects, and technological partners, you contribute to the technical roadmap of the platform and support the success of this strategic program for our company.

In this framework, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Drive the technical directions of the CPO platform to guarantee the consistency, maintainability, security, and scalability of the deployed solutions
• Assume the role of technical referent for the entire CPO scope, supporting teams in architecture decisions and structuring technological choices
• Ensure compliance with architecture, development, cybersecurity, and data protection standards
• Drive the definition and evolution of the platform's technical roadmap, guaranteeing its alignment with business priorities, IT strategy, and program objectives
• Collaborate closely with Business Owners, Business Analysts, and architects in order to translate functional needs into robust, high-performance, and sustainable solutions
• Guarantee the quality of deliveries through software engineering best practices, test automation, and continuous integration
• Ensure the proper integration of the CPO platform with the Audemars Piguet application ecosystem (e.g. ERP, CRM, after-sales tools)
• Drive partners and development teams, while promoting skill development, sharing of best practices, and technical excellence

Qualifications

• Higher education in computer science, software engineering, or an equivalent field.
• More than 10 years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of complex digital solutions.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, ideally on CommerceTools or on market-leading e-commerce platforms.
• Significant experience in an international Retail environment, with a good understanding of omnichannel and multicultural challenges.
• Solid expertise in software development, service-oriented architectures, APIs, and systems integration.
• Experience with Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD environments as well as engineering practices promoting quality and automation.
• Excellent communication and influence skills, allowing for effective collaboration with business, product, architecture teams, and external partners.
• You have perfect mastery of French and very good knowledge of English
