CNC Setter, Polymechanic / 2-shift operation

Your tasks:

• Programming, setting up, monitoring and operating automated CNC turning machines
• Manufacturing of fixtures and aids using CNC, as well as conventional milling, turning and drilling processes.
• Optical and dimensional inspection of workpieces
• Evaluating, documenting and optimizing manufacturing processes
• Maintenance and care of CNC systems, measuring instruments and fixtures

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as a Polymechanic EFZ or comparable, with relevant professional experience in the field of mechanical manufacturing
• Professional experience as a CNC Setter as well as in operating and retooling double-spindle turning machines with automation handling
• Programming knowledge with Fanuc control
• Quality-conscious way of working
• Ability to work in a team and good German language skills
