For the Volken group, we are looking for a committed person as an HR & payroll specialist (m/f/d), who will support our team with competence and personal initiative and actively participate in the development of our human resources department.

What is your work?

• Management and administration of the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to departure
• Autonomous processing of payroll administration from A to Z for approximately 150 employees
• Responsibility for the management and monitoring of absences and working time
• Support and advice to managers and employees on labor law issues as well as implementation of new legal and conventional regulations
• Participation in the development and implementation of effective HR strategies and measures
• Active participation in HR projects
• Assuming a central interface function between managers and employees

What do you bring?

• Completed basic commercial training or equivalent training
• Complementary training in the field of HR with in-depth knowledge of payroll and social insurance
• Several years of professional experience in personnel administration and payroll processing
• Impeccable oral and written expression in German
• Good knowledge of Italian and/or French is an asset
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of human contact
• High social competence, empathy and ease of communication
• Trustworthy, discreet and responsible personality
• Autonomous, structured and precise way of working
