Administrative Assistant 60-80%

Corporations such as Glencore and Syngenta repeatedly violate human rights and fundamental environmental standards in their business activities abroad. For this reason, the Koalition für Konzernverantwortung submitted the Konzernverantwortungsinitiative in May 2025. The initiative is supported by over 90 non-governmental organizations.

To support our team, we are looking for a:

Administrative Assistant 60-80 %

To start immediately or by arrangement.

The tasks include:

• Telephone service / processing telephone inquiries
• Answering inquiries from supporters via email
• Data entry and management
• general secretarial work
• depending on profile and workload, further tasks within the framework of the campaign

You are a political person and identify with the Konzernverantwortungsinitiative. You are very familiar with the common Office programs (Excel and Word), you enjoy being in contact with people, maintain an overview even when many things are running simultaneously, like to take responsibility, and have a quick grasp of things. You enjoy making phone calls, speak and write German very well and with stylistic confidence, and have good French skills.

Conditions:

• Monthly salary of 6-310.- CHF (gross) based on 100% (plus 13th month salary)
