Quality Controller

Générale Ressorts is a watchmaking subcontractor member of the Acrotec Group and an expert for more than 150 years in the manufacture of barrel springs. In order to strengthen our teams we are looking for:

Quality Controller in CDM (M/F) 100%

MAIN MISSIONS

• Ensure the validation and analysis of dimensional and aesthetic controls of components upon receipt, according to watchmaking quality criteria
• Ensure the aesthetic and dimensional control of incoming watchmaking components according to the defined standards of the company
• Computer적으로 enter control data into Quick contrôle
• Use conventional measurement means and optical measurement means
• Handle components with care and precision
• Detect and report cases of non-conformity
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the workstation

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an incoming quality controller in the watchmaking industry
• TQ1 certification required
• Confirmed experience in watchmaking decoration on components and finished products
• Mastery of reading technical drawings
• Mastery of measurement tools in metrology
• Very good knowledge of quality standards in the watchmaking industry
• Ease with IT tools (ERP, quality software, Excel, Word)
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work in teams and to collaborate effectively with other team members
