Your task: You work as a pedagogical specialist directly in one of our children's groups and, together with the team, take on the care, accompaniment, and promotion of the children. At the same time, you have a special professional role within the team: With your experience, your knowledge, and your attitude, you contribute to further developing our pedagogical quality in everyday life. Your tasks include: Care, accompaniment, and promotion of the children in everyday group life Designing a varied and development-promoting daily routine Planning and implementation of meaningful pedagogical activities Observation of the children and recognition of their individual needs and developmental steps Promotion of the independence and participation of the children Designing a loving, safe, and at the same time clearly structured environment Role model function for professional and child-centered pedagogical work Contribution of new pedagogical ideas and impulses into everyday group life Support and professional exchange with team colleagues and learners Constructive addressing of situations in which pedagogical standards are not met Active participation in the further development of our pedagogical work Close cooperation with the group and Kita management   Who we are looking for: We are not looking for an average specialist. We are looking for someone where, in everyday group life, one notices: This person understands their craft. You can lead a children's group without constantly having to become loud. You recognize when children need support and when they should gain experience themselves. You create structures without making everyday life unnecessarily rigid. You enjoy sitting on the floor with the children, being outdoors, implementing projects, telling stories, crafting, experimenting, and letting pedagogically valuable moments arise from everyday situations. At the same time, you are ready to take responsibility for the quality in your group. You bring with you: Training as a Fachperson Betreuung Kind EFZ or a comparable recognized pedagogical education very good pedagogical professional knowledge joy in direct work with children initiative and many ideas for a lively Kita everyday life a clear, appreciative, and reliable attitude ability for self-reflection and willingness to give and receive feedback joy in providing professional support to less experienced employees and learners in everyday life sense of responsibility and independent way of working willingness to constructively question existing processes and introduce improvements   What awaits you with us: With us, you should not simply be "another specialist on the duty roster."
