Start: 1 January 2027
The annual working time is on average around 17 hours per week during school weeks. The position is initially limited to the current school year until 31 July 2027. An extension of the assignment is possible. With appropriate suitability and mutual interest, there is also the perspective of a permanent position.

In our school-based supplementary care of the primary schools Grenzhof and Rönnimoos, a varied environment, a committed team and the chance to contribute your pedagogical skills with joy await you.

Your tasks

• You actively participate in the Grenzhof care team and shape professional, child-friendly care and promotion.
• You are a reliable reference person for children and parents and conduct parent meetings.
• You maintain contact with teachers, facility management as well as other specialists at the school.
• You work predominantly during the school weeks, each on Monday and Friday, from 11.15 am to 5.00 pm and on Thursday from 10.30 am to 5.00 pm.
• Assignments in holiday care are also possible as needed.

Your profile

• You have a completed social pedagogical, socio-cultural or pedagogical education.
• You have experience and enjoy accompanying, promoting and supporting children aged 4 to 13 in their daily lives.
• You deal confidently with culturally and age-mixed groups and enjoy movement, nature and creative activities.
• You convince through your empathetic, appreciative and team-oriented manner and contribute significantly to everyday life with your commitment.
• You work independently, reliably and communicate clearly and transparently.
• You remain calm, patient and resilient even in lively moments.

The all-day school offering of Volksschule Stadt Luzern includes instruction and family and school-based supplementary care. The children attend the compulsory instruction in kindergarten or in primary school and are cared for in the school during their free time if required.

The position is assigned to the guideline function "Mitarbeiter*in soziale Berufe 3, Lohnklassen 8-10".
