What you will do
With dynamics and persuasiveness, you work together with employees from nursing homes in Eastern Switzerland to advocate for better working conditions. Your exciting tasks include approaching employees and translating their concerns into a collective movement to build union structures in the company and industry. In doing so, you support them in organizing themselves, effectively representing their own interests, and enforcing them in creative campaigns. This also includes recruiting members.

What you bring

• Completed vocational training EFZ or at least equivalent
• Professional experience in nursing, retail, or gastronomy is an advantage
• Category B driver's license
• Able to engage in conversation with people from diverse backgrounds
• Committed, resourceful, responsible personality with persuasiveness
• Very good German. Migration language is an advantage
• Identification with union goals
