In this newly created role, you will report directly to the CFO and take on a central function in the financial management of our company. Senior Business Controller (m/f/d) with French skills, 90-100% Your contribution to our team In this responsible role, you will take on central tasks in business controlling and actively contribute to the financial management and further development of our company. You will analyze business KPIs, support the planning and management of budget, forecast, and reporting, and provide sound decision-making bases for local management as well as the international headquarters. As an important sparring partner for managers and specialist departments, you will identify financial opportunities and risks at an early stage, derive concrete recommendations for action, and accompany the implementation of optimization measures. In doing so, you will work closely with the sales, logistics, purchasing, and finance departments and support cross-functional projects with your business administration know-how. Through close cooperation with our locations in the Romandie, you will regularly operate in a French- and English-speaking environment. You will present analyses, discuss financial results, and coordinate planning and reporting processes with national contact persons. Your very good French skills will enable you to communicate professionally at all hierarchical levels. Furthermore, you will drive the continuous development of controlling instruments, processes, and reports, thereby making an important contribution to the transparency, efficiency, and sustainable management of the company.
