Mobile Technician 100% Permanent (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration of driving assistance systems
• Intervene both in branches and directly at customers' locations
• Intervene autonomously using a service vehicle
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer satisfaction
• Ensure the follow-up of mandates and maintain a professional relationship with customers
• Perform technical interventions on vehicles: repairs, replacements, and adjustments of components

Profile

• CFC in car bodywork-tin smith, automotive mechanic, automotive mechatronics, or automotive maintenance assistant
• Proven experience in the automotive field with solid technical skills
• Ability to evolve in a bilingual French/German environment
• Sense of service, interpersonal skills, and customer orientation
• Category B driving license indispensable
