The Hotel ibis Zürich-Adliswil has 117 rooms as well as the modern cozy Restaurant Boom and is an independent franchise operation belonging to IBISCUS Hotel AG. The Restaurant Boom is known for its various burgers, but also treats its guests with other fine dishes. It is a popular meeting point for our hotel guests, as well as for guests from Adliswil and neighboring municipalities. This colorful mix of guests makes Boom a lively restaurant. Your tasks: You independently manage one of the two stations each time and since you like variety, it does not matter to you which of these stations you are assigned to. Thanks to your open and communicative nature, it is also no problem to communicate with our guests from our open kitchen. What you bring with you: You have completed training as a Cook or bring very good professional experience as a Cook. You are resilient, work efficiently, have a flair for hygiene and are well organized. You are prepared to work regularly with split shifts. Your goal is not "top-tier gastronomy".
