As part of the strengthening of its Legal & Compliance department, we are looking for a Senior Lawyer with solid legal expertise and excellent understanding of governance, sports regulation, and contract management issues. A true partner of the governing bodies, you will contribute to the organization's strategic projects and intervene in high-impact cases in an international environment. Your responsibilities • Governance and institutional affairs Participate in the drafting, revision, and evolution of statutes, regulations, and other institutional documents. Advise on governance issues of affiliated organizations. Accompany strategic reflections related to the organization and development of sports activities. Management of litigation and procedures • Coordinate and monitor the activities of judicial and disciplinary bodies. Supervise complex cases and ensure the follow-up of procedures. Draft decisions, legal opinions, and procedural documents. Collaborate with external counsel in the context of judicial or arbitration proceedings. Participate in the management of budgets related to contentious activities. • Contract law Negotiate, draft, and monitor a wide range of contracts, particularly in the areas of events, sponsorship, strategic partnerships, media rights, and commercial activities. • Sports regulation Contribute to the drafting, updating, and interpretation of regulations applicable to the organization's various disciplines and activities. Your profile • Holder of a university degree in law. • Lawyer's certificate, an asset. • 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a similar legal function. Experience ideally acquired within an international sports federation, a sports organization, or a law firm specializing in sports law. Excellent knowledge of contract law, institutional governance, and sports law. Perfect mastery of French and English, both written and spoken. Excellent negotiation, writing, and analysis skills.
