At our production site in Hettlingen near Winterthur, we manufacture, fill and package high-quality products such as eye drops, ointments and gels for international markets in an aseptic manner. Responsable Transfert Technologique & Projets (80-100%)# The Product Transfer team plays a key role in supporting Ophtapharm's strategic transformation into a Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO). Working in close collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders, the team manages product transfers, product changes and lifecycle activities across our portfolio. To support our strategic transformation into a Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO), we are looking for a pragmatic and customer-oriented professional as Responsable Transfert Technologique & Projets (80-100%), to be filled immediately or by mutual agreement. Your role • Manage customer products throughout their lifecycle, including product changes and implementation activities. • Evaluate new business opportunities, products and manufacturing projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Lead technological transfer projects and major product changes from initial evaluation to successful implementation. • Act as the primary interface between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure implementation and documentation compliant with GMP of product transfers and lifecycle activities. Your profile • Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, process engineering or related discipline. • Several years of experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. • Experience in technological transfer management, product implementation or cross-functional projects. • Good understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes; experience in sterile production is an advantage. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in English and German.
