To strengthen our team, we are looking for a young, motivated and committed personality as

STRUCTURAL DRAFTSPERSON AND JUNIOR SITE MANAGER, 60-100%

for the independent planning, project development and realization of renovation and refurbishment projects within our own real estate portfolio. You lead and support projects from the first idea through the building application to completion and handover of keys.

Your tasks

• Collaboration in the Development and Construction team, coordination and cooperation with architects, specialist planners, authorities and contractors; independent site management of smaller construction projects

Your profile

• Training as a structural draftsman, architectural draughtsman EFZ, aspiring site manager or comparable qualification
• Ideally initial experience in the planning and realization of construction projects
