For our client, a company specializing in microfabrication and high precision technologies, we are looking for a Method Agent (M/F), in a 100% permanent position
Your tasks at your new employer
You analyze process drifts and propose corrective and preventive actions
You develop, optimize and stabilize microtechnical manufacturing processes
You participate in the industrialization of new products
You collaborate closely with the production, quality and R&D teams
You implement and monitor process performance indicators
You actively contribute to continuous improvement (Lean / 5S / Six Sigma depending on context)
You offer your new employer
You are a graduate of an engineering school (microtechnology, mechanics, materials or equivalent)
You have a first experience in an industrial environment (microtechnology, watchmaking or medtech, an asset)
You have a good analytical and problem-solving spirit
You are autonomous, rigorous and enjoy teamwork
You master French, English is a plus
