As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management and implementation of the projects entrusted to you: successful integration into the company, compliance with deadlines and quality standards, as well as monitoring schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities, activities and tasks of the position:

• Management of international projects
• Coordination of all activities related to new product launches, from the marketing brief phase to the first delivery compliant with the customer
• Preparation of the schedule and action plan for the team to be shared with the customer
• Control of sub-tasks within different departments
• Regularly informing the customer of project progress and managing all issues
• Working with cross-functional international teams
• Monitoring each phase of the project within the deadlines
• Monitoring the different stages of product development in collaboration with internal departments
• Agile project management to ensure the delivery of the new product within the Time To Market deadlines
• Immediate escalation of critical problems in the project (internal, external)
• Monitoring of key milestones. After each milestone or at a specified date, report to management
• Monitoring and control of the project budget, including human resources
• Support to all project members
• Regular organization of team meetings
• Reporting of the project status to the customer (Marketing, Purchasing, Quality)
• Zero production management with the participation of the customer to validate all requested parameters. "Gold samples" approved by the customer

Expected skills:

• Ability to assign tasks to project team members from different departments and ensure their completion within the deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and customers
• Mastery of project management tools
• At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar position
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Organized and rigorous, solution-oriented
• Ability to manage stress
• Autonomous and proactive

Appreciated skills:

• Knowledge of graphic design guidelines
• Experience in primary and secondary packaging
• Knowledge of industrial production conditions and automation
• Familiarity with the tableware industry
• Previous experience in the packaging/packing industry or in the subcontracting/co-packing sectors will certainly be an asset to your application.
