Head of Quality Management & Process Optimization - [A016192]

Your Tasks

• Leadership, coaching, and further development of a qualified team in the field of quality management.
• Design, optimization, and further development of quality and improvement processes in accordance with international standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensuring high product, process, and system quality throughout the entire value creation process.
• Planning, coordination, and prioritization of resources as well as monitoring the achievement of goals within the area of responsibility.
• Close cooperation with production, engineering, and other specialist departments for the continuous improvement of processes and workflows.
• Promotion of Operational Excellence as well as implementation of Lean and quality initiatives.
• Analysis of quality metrics and derivation of effective improvement measures to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Leadership of cross-departmental projects, workshops, and audits.
• Further development of a sustainable quality culture within the organization.
• Responsibility for budget and cost center management within your own area.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed technical training with further education at HF, FH, or university level.
• Several years of experience in the quality management of a manufacturing industrial company.
• Leadership experience in a comparable function or demonstrable success in managing complex projects.
• Sound knowledge of modern quality methods, process optimization, and continuous improvement processes.
• Experience in dealing with quality management systems, ERP solutions, as well as measuring and testing technology.
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
• High social competence, strong communication skills, and assertiveness.
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a high degree of personal responsibility.
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills.
