your tasks

• Recording, checking, and monitoring of production orders in the ERP system
• Planning and coordination of manufacturing processes, capacities, and delivery dates
• Creation and maintenance of work plans, master data, and manufacturing documents
• Smooth handover of orders to production, coordination of material availability and monitoring of bottlenecks

Qualifications

• Completed basic training as a Polymechaniker EFZ is mandatory
• Practical experience in the metalworking industry or manufacturing
• Knowledge in production planning or work preparation is an advantage
• Further training as a Prozessfachmann or Techniker HF is desired
• Very good IT skills as well as confident handling of ERP systems and Excel
