What you do You independently process damage cases in the areas of property and liability insurance. You coordinate and communicate with customers, injured parties, experts, lawyers, authorities, and other insurance companies, ensuring a smooth damage processing. You clarify facts independently, including on-site inspections, and conduct the corresponding correspondence. You examine coverage and liability issues, assess possibilities of recourse, and conduct independent negotiations. You bring your technical expertise and decision-making power to every damage processing and always look for creative and fair solutions. What you bring Completed training in the insurance industry, specialist certificate or higher vocational school for insurance is an advantage. Several years of professional experience in the mentioned field of activity. High negotiating skills and confident appearance. Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach and strong customer orientation; you are reliable and communicative. Very good German language skills and good MS Office skills; knowledge of other national languages is a plus.
