As a Project / Construction Manager, you are the central contact person: You coordinate all processes, consistently keep an eye on deadlines, costs and quality, and work closely with clients, architects and specialist planners. At Fanzun, you work in an interdisciplinary team, accompanying projects from the tender to the warranty acceptance and thereby creating structures that remain visible. Your tasks Coordination of all work processes on the construction site – from the start of construction to the warranty acceptance Management and organization of construction execution Close cooperation with clients, architects and specialist planners to ensure smooth project execution Responsibility for compliance with deadline, quality and cost requirements incl. ongoing controlling Participation in tender processes as well as creation and elaboration of tender documents Your profile Dipl.
