September 2026 or by arrangement Workplace: 5432 Neuenhof (AG) near Baden - Working hours: 80% on 5 days approx. 11.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. About us Kita+Hort Meister Petz cares for children from 3 months to 12 years - lovingly, professionally and with a lot of attention to detail.  Your role: As a co-educator in the Hort group from around 5 years to around 12 years, you will become part of a dedicated team and support the group leader in everyday life. You will actively help shape the daily routine, carry out your own activities/sequences and accompany the children during free play and in their individual development.  Your tasks: Co-responsibility in the care of the Hort group; close cooperation with the group leader.  Planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities (own sequences).  Observing, promoting and accompanying children in their competencies and creativity.  Helping to shape a varied daily schedule and actively contributing to the Kita's everyday life.  Appreciative cooperation with parents/customers.  Your profile Open, communicative, cheerful and resilient - you enjoy working in a team and learning new things.  Enjoyment of working with children and creative design.  Patience, flexibility and interest in the further development of our offer.   What we offer: Fair salaries according to kibesuisse guidelines - from brochure 2024.
