Specialist Advisor for Job Integration / Job Coach 80 – 100% for the Graubünden Region Profile – Work & Inclusion is a foundation of Pro Infirmis and promotes the sustainable professional integration of people with health restrictions or disabilities into the primary labor market. The foundation is active throughout German-speaking Switzerland. For our advisory offices in Chur and Sargans, we are looking for a self-employed and innovative Specialist Advisor for Job Integration / Job Coach 80 – 100% for the Graubünden Region as of October 1, 2026, or by agreement. This is what you can expect: You will advise and place people with disabilities or health restrictions in the primary labor market according to the methodology of Supported Employment. You will actively acquire employers and advise personnel managers and line supervisors on deployment and employment opportunities for people with health restrictions. You will create potential assessments, skill profiles, and search for individually suitable jobs for your candidates. You will accompany employees and deployment companies during employment to ensure sustainability. You will actively coordinate the integration process with clients, specialist offices, doctors, and other parties involved. This is what you bring: You have a qualified education and several years of professional experience in the social, personnel, and/or consulting environment. You have already gained experience in job integration / are a goal-oriented, pragmatic, and structured person with a secure appearance, persuasive power, and sales as well as negotiating skills. You have high social competence in dealing with people with health restrictions in often complex situations. You are networked in the mentioned region and bring good knowledge of the regional labor markets. You are motivated to actively expand your network. You work independently, carefully, and structured, and bring a healthy dose of humor. You have good written expression skills. Sales targets, efficient work, and active acquisition are seen as exciting challenges. You are flexible and open to travel activities in the region.
