With your expertise in the field of pediatric nursing, you contribute to ensuring that nursing services are assessed according to need and in a traceable manner. You are the link between Spitex organizations, freelance nurses, and the insurance company. In doing so, you check need reports, perform on-site controllings, and ensure that all relevant information is available for sound benefit decisions. Your tasks You check and assess submitted need reports using your expertise in the Spitex field. You perform on-site controllings at Spitex organizations and maintain close exchange with the responsible nursing professionals. You specifically request documents for case processing and ensure that the professional foundations are complete. You make benefit decisions, create cost approvals, benefit reductions, or rejections, and justify these in a traceable and professionally sound manner. You ensure with your expertise that benefits are assessed fairly and traceably. Your profile Completed training as a Pflegefachperson HF or FH as well as several years of activity in a Spitex organization. Experience in the field of pediatric nursing is an advantage. Independent, responsible way of working and enjoyment in assessing complex cases in a professionally sound manner. Strong empathy and communicative strength with the ability to represent decisions clearly, traceably, and respectfully. Networked thinking, solution-oriented action, and IT affinity with confident use of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel). First language German, French or Italian, with very good knowledge of German as well as a second national language (French or Italian).
