They have mandated us exclusively for the recruitment of their Head of Residential Brokerage Service M/F. Job Description ## Your main responsibilities are: Team Leader & business development Within a dynamic environment, you take responsibility for a team of about ten employees whom you support in achieving their objectives. You ensure the development of each person's skills, promote cohesion, and establish a sustainable performance culture. On a daily basis, you monitor activity through management indicators, analyze results, and contribute to the continuous improvement of working methods in order to optimize operational efficiency. Development and growth In parallel, you actively participate in the development of the business by identifying new opportunities and contributing to the implementation of growth actions. You intervene on high value-added files, develop relationships with strategic partners, and collaborate closely with the management bodies to support the organization's ambitions. Your main responsibilities • Manage, motivate, and grow a team of about ten people; • Support employees in their development and success; • Ensure performance monitoring and the achievement of objectives; • Participate in the optimization of processes and organization; • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities; • Represent the company to key external and internal interlocutors; • Collaborate with management on development and growth projects.
