Job Description ###

Set up and adjust milling machines according to technical specifications

Perform visual and dimensional controls to guarantee irreproachable quality

Program and optimize milling parameters for efficient production

Ensure preventive maintenance and ensure the proper functioning of equipment

Collaborate with production to solve technical challenges and improve processes

Respect safety standards and contribute to a safe working environment

Profile ###

Confirmed experience in Willemin-Macodel milling setting, ideally in watchmaking

Mastery of reading plans, precision in fine adjustments

Knowledge of watchmaking materials and their properties

Autonomy, team spirit, attention to detail, and reactivity

Strong commitment to quality and reliability
