This is what you can expect: Take responsibility and shape projects In this versatile role, you will take over the independent management of different construction projects - from tenant expansions to demanding commercial projects. You will coordinate the various project phases, keep an eye on deadlines, costs and quality, and ensure successful implementation. No project is like the other, which means you can expect a varied working day. Execution planning with high quality Together with a well-rehearsed team, you will work on exciting projects in residential construction. You will bring your technical expertise to the execution planning and contribute to the precise and high-quality implementation of architectural concepts. Keep an overview From the initial planning to the implementation, you will actively accompany projects. You will coordinate the participating specialist departments, control the quality of the execution and ensure that the defined standards are met. Consider real estate in a holistic way In addition, you will be involved in the analysis and evaluation of real estate portfolios. You will coordinate inspections, develop decision-making bases and support the further development of existing properties. Room for your strengths Do you have additional skills or special interests? This is what you bring: Technical basis Ideally, you have completed training as a drafter specializing in architecture or a comparable training in civil engineering. A completed degree in architecture is an advantage. Experience and development potential Initial professional experience in planning or project management is welcome.
