For over 40 years, Workmanagement has been your partner for exciting permanent positions - apply today and get started!   We are looking for our client, a world-leading company in Pfäffikon SZ, immediately or by arrangement for a Technical Services Employee (m/f/d) # Employment: 100% Location: Pfäffikon SZ Industry: Industry various Publication date: 06.08.2026 Your main tasks • Operation and maintenance of technical systems (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, cooling, water treatment, emergency power, door and gate systems) • Operation and monitoring of fire alarm, sprinkler, electrical and control systems as well as lift and escalator systems • Execution of minor repair and maintenance work in the building and in the parking garage • Recording of energy data and operation of the parking and passenger counting system • Cooperation in the assembly and disassembly of exhibitions and decorations • On-call service as well as holiday substitution for cleaning and shopping trolley service Your profile • Specialist in facility maintenance EFZ or completed basic technical training (e.g., electrical installer, building technician, sanitary technician, heating installer or similar) • Experience in the maintenance of building technology is an advantage • Responsible, flexible and service-oriented personality • Willingness for on-call service and irregular working hours (car mandatory) • Good German skills and enjoyment of versatile tasks What you can expect • Varied activity in a modern and lively environment • Independent work in a committed team • Regulated shift times with fair deployment planning • Possibility of long-term assignment (Try & Hire) Are you interested?
