Cross-selling and upselling are not foreign to you and you like to sell You advise our members in a friendly and competent manner by e-mail and by telephone (no evening or weekend work; teleworking is possible) You are responsible for the administrative management of insurance policies (drafting and sending offers, entry into the IT system, creation of statistics and analyses) You participate in team meetings and workshops and actively contribute your ideas What you bring: You have an AFA certified training or several years of experience in the insurance field, with the willingness to obtain the AFA certification funded by ATE You speak very good French and German or are ready to learn the other language You are proactive and distinguish yourself by a high sense of service and customer orientation You have a good knowledge of common office tools and are open to learning new systems and applications You identify with the objectives of ATE Your future workplace, within a small, well-coordinated team, is located right next to the Berne train station.
