Your tasks
Professional reception and care of our customers
Telephone and written correspondence in German and English
Organization and coordination of appointments
Processing of administrative tasks and support of the team
Maintenance and administration of documents and databases
General office organization and ensuring a smooth workflow
Your profile
Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
Experience in the reception or administration area is an advantage
Enjoyment of customer contact
Friendly and professional appearance
Organizational skills and a structured way of working
Very good German skills in speaking and writing, as well as good English skills
Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Teamwork and flexibility
