For our good customer, a leading production company in its industry, we are currently looking for a technically proficient and committed personality as Plant Operator m/f/d # Employment: 100% Location: Aarau Industry: Industry various Publication date: 29.06.2026 Your main tasks • Operating packaging plants: Monitoring, controlling, and loading modern production and packaging machines. • Securing material flow: Loading and unloading of packaging material, raw materials, and finished products using a forklift. • Quality control: Visual inspection of end products for flawless packaging quality and labeling. • Process optimization: Rectifying minor malfunctions on the lines as well as performing format changes. • Hygiene & safety: Compliance with strict cleanliness and safety regulations in the plant. Your profile • Experience: Practice in machine operation, ideally in the packaging, paper, or film industry. • Forklift license: Valid, SUVA-recognized forklift license is mandatory (safe handling of industrial trucks). • Flexibility: Absolute readiness for shift work (e.g., 2- to 3-shift operation). • Languages: Good oral German skills for smooth shift handovers and understanding safety specifications. • Personality: Exact, expeditious way of working and high teamwork skills.
