You will intervene both on-site and in the workshop, on all mechanical production equipment such as valves, relief valves, pumps, GM, regulators, piping, tanks, exchangers, vats, and skids. Your objective is to guarantee the proper operating condition and availability of operational equipment, by ensuring urgent troubleshooting, preparation of interventions, and execution of planned work. You will work in direct link with the MECA / SERRU maintenance supervisor, in a multidisciplinary environment subject to strict HSE rules, notably in hazardous zones (ATEX). Responsibilities • Apply all HS&E activities in accordance with the HSE Roles, Responsibility and Authority Matrix - N2_120_001_A01, respect the golden rules, and enforce all HSE rules and procedures of the site within the framework of all maintenance activities performed. • Intervene at the request of the client on production equipment in case of urgent troubleshooting or planned interventions, identify risks at your workstation and in your immediate environment, adapt your work to the identified risks, and transmit any malfunction or uncontrolled risk to your hierarchy. • Prepare and manage Work Orders (WO) on SAP, including the evaluation of hours, reservation of material, detail of inter-service actions, then accurately enter external or internal intervention report information, vacuum tests, calibration, repair reports, RAMS, article creation requests, and time tracking into SAP. • Accompany the operator in the startup of equipment, identify, research, and expertize malfunctions observed on the instrumentation park, propose technical improvements, disassemble and inspect parts, replace defective elements, and propose axes for increasing the reliability of mechanical components. • Contribute to the preparation of interventions, provide assistance to other maintenance trades, report your activity to the hierarchy through daily meetings and periodic reports, accompany external companies in your field of competence, and verify that their work is executed according to the rules of the art. • Participate in the proper functioning of the workshop, maintain your workplace and tools clean and organized according to the 5-S method, work independently in a multidisciplinary environment with a minimum of directives, while maintaining a strong sense of service. • Perform revision activities in the workshop for process equipment, manage the incoming flow, disassemble and reassemble equipment, perform a precise diagnosis, perform small machining operations on lathes, milling machines, and mortisers, replace defective parts, and restore equipment to working order and service. • Manage the storage of process equipment in the workshop, manage status labels and new PIDs of process equipment, fill out technical sheets displayed on the equipment, perform static or dynamic tests depending on the type of equipment in connection with electrical control, and control returns to the technical store after revision. Profile • Hold a CFC mechanician or polymechanic, or an equivalent diploma such as BAC or BTS turner miller or MAI, allowing for autonomous intervention on complex mechanical equipment in a demanding industrial environment. • Demonstrate at least three years of experience in a chemical or petrochemical industrial environment, with proven practice of safety constraints, process equipment maintenance, and work in potentially hazardous zones. • Have at least three years of experience within a maintenance service or a process equipment repair workshop, including the maintenance of reducers, mechanical seals, and other critical mechanical components of industrial installations. • Master various measurement techniques in metrology, possess solid foundations in mechanics, notably in functional dimensioning, bearing mounting, mechanical seal mounting, and gasket mounting, and know how to machine parts on traditional and/or semi-automatic lathes and milling machines. • Be graduated and operational on machine tools such as drills, milling machines, and traditional lathes, with the capacity to perform precision machining necessary for the restoration and adaptation of mechanical components. • Demonstrate the ability to adapt to new technologies and materials, master common IT tools, know how to read and interpret a mechanical diagram as well as a Process flow diagram, in order to precisely understand the functioning of the installations. • Know the rules and best practices for installation in hazardous zones (ATEX), master processes related to work permits, work at height, fire, and lockouts, and apply these requirements strictly during all intervent
