Qualified Watchmaker CFC (M/F) - Adjustment and Decottage - 100% - PERMANENT POSITION

Your mission

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a qualified CFC watchmaker, who must imperatively possess solid knowledge in adjustment and decottage, in order to strengthen a team within a demanding watchmaking environment. Your responsibilities: - Perform adjustment operations on watch movements. - Carry out decottage operations and ensure the conformity of components and movements. - Control the proper functioning of mechanisms and analyze any potential deviations. - Identify defects, perform necessary corrections and guarantee product quality. - Respect procedures, quality standards and production requirements. - Collaborate with technical and production teams to ensure precise and reliable work.

Your profile

• Holder of a CFC in watchmaking or an equivalent training. - Confirmed experience in a similar position in watchmaking. - Indispensable mastery of adjustment and decottage operations. - Excellent dexterity, meticulousness and acute attention to detail. - Analytical spirit, rigor and autonomy. - Ability to work with precision in a demanding environment.
