Share What awaits you? ## • Leadership and development of a team of seven committed employees • Planning, organization, and ensuring first-class advice and support for our customers in the areas of numbers, saving, investing, and retirement provision • Recognizing individual customer needs and forwarding them to the responsible specialist advisors • Active participation in market development measures such as contact campaigns, customer events, and representative tasks • Responsibility for the implementation of strategic goals in the area of customer advisory • Space to further develop the area, bring in new ideas, and set impulses What do you bring with you? ## • Completed banking training and several years of professional experience, (ideally supplemented by further training in banking or finance) • Several years of leadership experience in private customer business • Sound knowledge in all sales-relevant topics • Teamwork skills and strong customer orientation, negotiation skills, and a confident appearance • Passion for leadership and advisory as well as enthusiasm to achieve top performance together with your team
