YOUR TASKS

• Counseling in subject-specific nursing situations
• High degree of autonomy and responsibility in clinical decision-making and the measures to be initiated
• Accompanying apprentices and students of nursing training
• Carrying out internal departmental evaluations as well as subject-specific short training sessions
• Taking on additional activities on behalf of the management

As part of your additional function as a vocational trainer, you undertake the following activities:

• Accompanying apprentices and students of nursing training; carrying out internal departmental evaluations as well as subject-specific short training sessions
• Competent guidance and support of HF nursing students and healthcare specialist (Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit) apprentices both professionally and pedagogically during their practical training
• Professional implementation of the educational mandate in the department according to the training concept

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann or corresponding SRK recognition for foreign diplomas
• At least two years of professional experience in the acute care sector
• Vocational pedagogical further training: Berufsbildner/in SVEB 1 or the willingness to complete this
• Good German language skills (oral and written)
• Interest and motivation to accompany development and learning processes in apprentices and nursing students
• Openness, communication, commitment, and reliability
