Specialist Primary Technology Substations (m/f) Help shape the energy infrastructure of the future with: For our client Swissgrid, we are looking for an experienced Specialist Primary Technology Substations (m/f) who accompanies demanding infrastructure projects from planning to quality assurance. Your tasks: Responsibility for planning and realization of primary technology, auxiliary systems, high-voltage cables, as well as earthing and lightning protection systems in substations. Development of technical concepts for renewal, expansion, and maintenance projects, as well as creation of preliminary projects. Support of approval procedures and ensuring compliance with customer specifications and quality standards in all project phases. Technical consulting and support of project management during the entire project execution. Ensuring a management system-compliant implementation of the specifications in the areas of occupational safety, health protection, and environmental protection. Coordination and monitoring of external planning and engineering services regarding quality, deadlines, and performance. Your profile: Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field of study. At least five years of professional experience in planning and realization of substation projects in the voltage range of 50 to 380 kV. In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering and high-voltage technology, as well as experience in planning or designing energy generation or transmission facilities. Experience in implementing complex infrastructure projects according to SIA methodology and in controlling and monitoring external service providers. Business management understanding and a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working. Ability to communicate complex technical issues in a comprehensible manner and to moderate interdisciplinary working groups in a goal-oriented manner. Communication-strong, eager to learn, and responsible personality with a pleasure in collaborating with different stakeholder groups. Secure handling of MS Office, SAP, and common project management tools. German at native language level or at least C1, English at least B2; knowledge of a second national language (French or Italian) at level B2 is an advantage.
